About Ridge Strategy Partners
Ridge Strategy Partners is the strategy and consulting practice of Bronco Ridge Solutions, helping organizations, project leaders, and teams navigate complex projects, evolving initiatives, and changing operating environments.
Our work brings together systems thinking, project and program management, environmental and land-based knowledge, strategic planning, and practical implementation. Rather than treating challenges in isolation, we look at how people, projects, resources, risks, and surrounding systems interact—and use that understanding to help clients make better decisions and move forward with confidence.
Led by a Project Management Professional (PMP®) with experience spanning environmental restoration, conservation landscaping, watershed stewardship, education and training, construction and multidisciplinary project environments, Ridge Strategy Partners brings both strategic perspective and practical project experience to the table.
Our approach is collaborative and adaptive. We recognize that conditions change, new information emerges, and strategies sometimes need to change with them. We help clients build enough structure to move forward while maintaining the flexibility to evaluate results, learn from experience, and adapt when necessary.
The goal is not complexity for complexity's sake. It is to understand the system, identify what matters most, create better choices, and develop a practical path from strategy to implementation.

What We Do
Ridge Strategy Partners helps clients understand complex situations, develop practical strategies, and move from ideas to implementation. Our work generally falls within three interconnected areas:
Project, Program & Portfolio Strategy
Strategic support for individual projects, interconnected programs, and evolving portfolios of initiatives. Services may include project and program planning, leadership, risk management, stakeholder coordination, procurement support, implementation strategy, and structured support for work that needs direction, alignment, or experienced leadership.
At the portfolio level, we help bring structure to priorities, resources, risks, dependencies, and decision-making—connecting day-to-day execution with broader organizational goals and adapting strategy as conditions, priorities, and information change.
Land & Environmental Strategy
Strategic guidance for environmental, landscape, restoration, watershed, stormwater, land management, and related projects. We help connect environmental goals with practical planning, project coordination, contractors, maintenance considerations, and long-term stewardship.
Business & Initiative Strategy
Support for businesses, organizations, and emerging initiatives that need help turning ideas into workable plans. This may include operational strategy, process improvement, feasibility, resource planning, partnerships, implementation planning, and developing a clearer path forward.
Across all three areas, we use systems thinking and adaptive management to understand how the pieces connect, identify risks and opportunities, and create strategies that can evolve as conditions change.
What We Do Not Do
Ridge Strategy Partners provides strategy, planning, project leadership, coordination, and implementation support. We do not replace licensed or specialized professionals when their expertise is required.
Depending on the project, that may include engineers, architects, landscape architects, attorneys, accountants, licensed contractors, environmental specialists, or other technical professionals.
Our role is often to help clients understand the larger system, define objectives, organize the work, coordinate the right people and resources, identify risks and decision points, and keep strategy connected to implementation.
When specialized expertise is needed, we believe good strategy includes recognizing that need and bringing the right professionals to the table.
